Consent to Personal Data Processing

Hereby the person who has confirmed their consent on the page https://aptrade.ru/ (hereinafter – Client) gives their consent to the operator – AP Trade LLC (Registration number: 1062721093764, TIN: 2721138922), registered at: 680020, Khabarovsk Territory, Khabarovsk, Pavlovichastreet 13, premises I (1-32) (hereinafter – Operator), for the processing of personal data, namely: last name, first name, patronymic, phone number, email address, IP address, Device ID, IDFA, GAID, cookies, and geolocation, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".

The Operator processes the Client's personal data by any means, including but not limited to collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

Purposes of personal data processing:

  1. 1. Conclusion and execution of contracts.
  2. 2. Sending the Client notifications, advertising information, as well as information about current promotions, new services and products of the Operator.
  3. 3. Sending the Client personalised offers from the Operator.
  4. 4. Conducting surveys, statistical and marketing research, and processing the information received.
  5. 5. Ensuring interaction between the Operator and the Client, including satisfying requests, providing feedback, and monitoring the quality of services and consultations provided.
  6. 6. In other cases provided for by law.

Consent validity period:

This consent takes effect and is valid for the periods established by applicable legislation of the Russian Federation. The condition for terminating personal data processing is the withdrawal of consent, the Operator achieving the purposes of personal data processing, or the liquidation, reorganisation or cessation of the Operator's activities.

Withdrawal of consent:

If the personal data subject wishes to withdraw this consent to personal data processing, they must send the Operator a written withdrawal request to: ap@aptrade.ru.

Upon withdrawal of consent by the personal data subject, the Operator undertakes to cease processing or ensure the cessation of such processing (if personal data is processed by another person acting on behalf of the Operator) and, if storage of personal data is no longer required for the purposes of processing personal data, to destroy the personal data or ensure its destruction (if personal data is processed by another person acting on behalf of the Operator) within thirty days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal.

In all other matters not covered by this Consent, the Operator and the Client are governed by the Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy and the applicable norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
